Patient files and how we’ll communicate with you

Patients history/files will not be shared with any other party, institution or entity without permission from the patient.

Information you provide us, in consultations, via email, phone or otherwise, is stored remotely on secure servers as per industry standards. All clinic staff have access to your information and only access your information for legitimate clinical purposes. Please note that practitioners may, for ease of communication, contact you from their personal mobile devices or personal email accounts.

For appointments, our software will email you an appointment confirmation on making a booking. Likewise, by default, our software will send you an email the day prior to each appointment to remind you of your appointment.

From time to time, we use our software to notify patients via email or text that may be of interest to them – for example when staff are taking and/or returning from leave and general clinic news. If you receive an email or text from us and you’d prefer to opt-out, unsubscribe or simply reply ‘stop’ and we’ll remove you from the list.
